OUR STORY.

Born and “Breaded” in London, we set out to make fried food like no other. Years of obsessive tasting and testing helped us create the best on the planet — not just a twist on the same old classics, but something with the unmistakable, unique flavour of London.We Brits love our local shops, and that’s why we take our name so seriously. Every burger, tender, or wing is a chance to show what proper fried food can be. If London’s taught us anything, it’s to never waste your hunger — and we make every bite worth it.

How it started...

It all started at Latitude Festival back in 2010, when two guys met in a field — and the rest, as they say, is history. From there, they went on to create unforgettable pop-up events across London, where our now-famous fried burgers were born. After perfecting what we truly believe is the best fried food on the planet, there was only one place worthy of serving it — the legendary Camden Chippy.

Where we're going...

London’s our home where we’ve perfected fried chicken, and we can’t wait to bring it to the rest of the UK so everyone can see how good fried chicken can be. After that, we’ll be showing the world how fried should be done! The US may claim to be the home of fried chicken, but we know different. London is where it is at, we make fried chicken like no other. We’re here to take on the best the world can bring, and show that London is better!

All packaging is recyclable and compostable. Around 50% of our waste is recycled and the remainder is used to create energy. Zero goes to landfill.

Waste oil is recycled and used as bio-oil across all of our sites. This means that all our frying oil is sustainable.

We vet all our suppliers to ensure they meet our high standards, and we work only with farms that operate responsibly and ethically.
